The Digital TV Mandate....
...is supposed to come to fruition in 2009, and for some reason, I'm thinking that I'm not going to replace my old TV just to watch the daily sitcoms a couple of years from now.
Not replacing it would be family friendly indeed. And not just because the programming is so bad. It's just a monumental time waster. (not like the computer!)
